Submitted leads may be reviewed by our team. Our authorized representatives may contact the submitted lead to understand the person's property requirements and determine whether the lead is relevant and successful according to our applicable criteria.
The service is free for users. Users are not required to pay a subscription fee to submit property leads.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction to use the service.
By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide the information submitted through your account.
Users access the service using a mobile phone number and one-time password (OTP) verification.
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for maintaining control of the mobile device or number used to access your account.
OTPs are intended for one-time authentication and must not be shared with another person.
You must immediately contact us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Users may submit property-related leads through the application.
You agree that information submitted by you will be accurate, genuine and provided for a legitimate purpose.
You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, fabricated, duplicate or fraudulent leads.

Submitted leads may be reviewed and verified by our team.
A submitted lead does not automatically qualify for wallet points.
Our team may determine whether a lead is successful or qualified based on factors such as the validity of the lead, contactability, property requirements, relevance, duplication and other internal criteria.
Our decision regarding whether a lead qualifies for wallet points may be subject to verification and applicable anti-fraud procedures.
Eligible users may receive wallet points for successful or qualified property leads.
Wallet points are credited to the user's account according to the applicable rules and qualification criteria.
Points are not guaranteed for every submitted lead.
We reserve the right to reject, reverse, adjust or remove points where a lead is determined to be invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or otherwise non-qualifying.
The wallet balance displayed in your account represents the points recorded by our system.
We maintain records of lead submissions, qualification status, points awarded and relevant wallet activity for operational, security and record-keeping purposes.
In case of a technical issue, duplicate credit, fraudulent activity or accounting error, we may correct the wallet balance to reflect the actual eligible points.
If a withdrawal or redemption facility is made available, eligibility, minimum balance, verification requirements, available payment methods and other conditions may apply.
Where applicable, users may be required to provide accurate bank account or UPI information to process an eligible withdrawal.
We may delay, reject or review a withdrawal where additional verification is reasonably required to prevent fraud, resolve an account issue or comply with applicable requirements.
The basic service is provided free of charge to users.
Users are not required to purchase a subscription or pay a fee merely to create an account or submit a property lead.

Unless otherwise stated, the application, website, branding, logos, design, software, text and other content provided by Earn With Freelancing are owned by or licensed to us.

Our service may depend on third-party services such as OTP providers, hosting providers, payment providers, analytics services or other technical service providers.
Availability or performance of third-party services may be outside our direct control.
We aim to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the application or website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend or modify services for maintenance, security updates, technical reasons or other operational requirements.
Submitting a property lead does not guarantee that the lead will become a successful property customer or that wallet points will be awarded.
Lead qualification depends on our applicable verification and business criteria.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earn With Freelancing will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We are also not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party telecommunications, OTP, hosting, payment or other service providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology or legal requirements.

Your continued use of the service after updated Terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
